仕事内容 @ Responsible to lead all commercial, account related activities and business growth strategy for Honda. The Sr. Account Manager is expected to achieve team goals.

@ This position person will be responsible for the planning and execution of account sales management for all company's Automotive products which will include Car Audio, TCU, IVI, Digital cockpit, ADAS and future products.

@ Major responsibilities are:
→Seamless account management from advanced engineering phase until EOP
*Find and satisfy customer’s needs by closely working with local and/or global team members.
*Build, coordinate and manage internal relationship between supporting teams (SBU, CPM, Engineering, etc.)
*Build, reinforce and manage customer relationships.
Maintain short-middle term Sales plan and update the data in Salesforce (CRM).
*Lead First Enquiry Check (process) for RFx decision meeting
*Lead/support RFx responses & workshops by interfacing with customers & collaborating with project team.
*Manage Invoicing, monitoring of credit collections and customer payments.
*Price change management (CR).
*Prototype delivery and pricing, tooling cost & development cost reimbursement.

→Settle and amend Non-Disclosure Agreements, Development Agreements, Purchase Agreements, and other business contracts with OEMs in a collaborative manner with legal team.

→Develop future business opportunities pipeline, competitor information analysis, benchmarking, etc. to support business growth strategy. Manager will be responsible for distributing to global internal stakeholders.

→Other miscellaneous coordination in response to inquiries from Honda.

応募条件 【Education and experience】
・Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years working experience in automotive industry.
・Must have a minimum years of account management experience in automotive Tier1 parts supplier or OEM and/or positive track record on achievements
・Business experience working with Japanese OEMs is preferred.

【Competencies and skills】
・Self-Management skill for business development activities opportunity identification through closing and until after 90 days post SOP.
・Must be focused on communication (internally and externally) and have the ability to communicate customer’s requirements effectively (written and oral) to internal teams.
・Interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers as well as to be team player in Company.
・Negotiation skills to find solutions that work for both customers and company.
・Flexibility and business acumen to deal with customer’s demands.
・Willingness to continuously improve to reach goals.
・Japanese Driver’s License.
・Proficiency in English communication (written and oral).
・PC skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Microsoft Teams).
