The main responsibilities of the role of CDV(Comfort Driving Assistant) RO(Regional Operation ) R&D Manager/Director: ・Responsible for understanding OEM Driving Assistance system product specifications and functional requirements as main technical contact between customer and company's R&D teams. ・Construct and execute the Driving Assistance system product development plan, validation plan and testing for integration to the vehicle. ・Must follow the company' s standards. ・Manage customer relationship and keep communicate with company's R&D team regularly. ・Manage group members and related activities. Organize group member’s task assignment and training plan. ・Help to get consensus for both customer and company's R&D at overseas sites. Required translation of technical documents for understanding by overseas team. ・Must have excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to work with customers effectively. ・Activity report to upper management with proper period to share the risks and issues. ・Make decision and provide guidance to the team member’s activities to improve the quality and to solve the issues. ・Control and define the resource plan for project. ・Control the budget to keep under the original budget. ・Support Sales/Marketing activities to increase the order intake. |

・大卒以上 ・英語:ビジネスレベル 【MUST】 ・More than 10 years experience in Tier 1 and More than 5 Years Senior Level Management. ・Strong knowledge about Driving Assistance Product and Rader, LiDAR, Camera Sensor, Ultra Sonic technology. ・Strong experience in Vehicle Electronics product Hardware design or Software design or Mechanical Design or System Engineering. ・On site customer support experience in the automotive products development. ・Experience in the customer requirements and specification management. 【Prefer】 ・Prefer to have vehicle BUS (CAN, MOST or etc) system knowledge and experience. ・Ability to travel at least 30% of time with possible international travel. |
