仕事内容 ◆Job Purpose
This position executes the Talent Acquisition strategies collaborating with internal/external key stakeholders in the Mars Group companies and build processes in Japon as the One Japan representative that contributes to drive sustainable business growth such that the businesses to operate with agility based on the robust recruitment processes and systems, and the Associates to develop a solid base for a prosperous future career for long-term.

◆Key Responsibilities
・Plan, design and execute corporate wide recruitment activities and processes from entry level to management level.
- Facilitate recruitment strategy meeting, guide and consult hiring manager for setting criteria
- Screen candidate resumes, conduct interviews, track/update the status and ensure the progress to close the initiative
- Propose the offer package and follow through towards the offer acceptance
・Execute sourcing strategies with external parties and internal stakeholders.
- Develop potential candidate pool through direct scouting, agency relationships, employee referral programs
- Develop relationships with 3rd party agencies and its evaluation process
- Analyze market data and talent acquisition pipeline
・Lead and execute the induction process and monitoring for new joiners and internal moves including probation interviews
・Execute Employer Branding development partnering with Corporate Affairs and other internal/external key stakeholders
・Review and analyze process and system effectiveness for ongoing improvement
・Track the recruiting budget and report whenever needed
・Manage recruitment process of contractors and temp hiring
・Lead TA KPI monitoring
・Facilitate local implementation of Global projects and trainings (incl. Recruit with Excellence)
・Contribute to improve and build P&O Team Engagement
・Demonstrate 5 Principles in daily work

◆Context and Scope
This role sits in an HR specialist shared service center, which is servicing two separate businesses in the Mars Group companies in Japan that have their own General Manager and leadership team, different business models, and different ways of working. In partnership with Talent Manager and Regional/Global P&O Communities, enable business units to operate with discipline, and Associates to work in safe and healthy environment where 5-Principles and Associate Concept are embedded.
応募条件 ・A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, HR training/certifications a plus
・Experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field including P&O system/operation execution
・High level of project management capability and experience
・Experience in working with Region/Global team is preferred
