仕事内容 【Job Purpose/Overview】
This position plays a critical role in managing all key E-commerce customers.
It is responsible for translating the Ecommerce 3 year strategic plan into action through developing and executing clear joint business with all priority customers protecting the brand value.
The role is responsible for delivering the financial and share targets for Ecommerce Customers.

【Key Responsibilities】
・Lead, engage, and develop the team to deliver financial and share targets for all priority Ecommerce customers.
・Develop and execute through the team; joint business plans with all priority customers that are robustly linked to the 3 year Ecommerce strategy. Responsible for customer loyalty and customer satisfaction.
・Manage customer web sites and the business under the selective distribution model (J-Clara).
・Lead category development with key customers, accelerate RC/Mars Digital Ecommerce capabilities, and customer strategic alignment.
・Deliver the agreed targets for all E-commerce customers and lead processes and ways of working to ensure full alignment with Pillar Head as well as contributing to the company level forecasting process.
・Mid-level contact for key E-commerce customers. Contact and influence at Senior Buying Manager / Category Director level to develop strong sustainable relationships.
・Is the first point of contact & key expert regarding online customer leadership, reports key customer activities & results and shares market and customer insights among Pillar managers community, concerning sales team, and region/global E-commerce community.

【Context and Scope】
Under the leadership and support Pillar, this leadership role leads e-KA team and digital merchandising executive to deliver financial, share and engagement targets for Petcare E-commerce customers.
Key local stakeholders include, Trade Planning manager, District Sales manager, S&F, P&O, and Supply.
・50% for developing strategy, updating customer plan, and meeting with customers
・30% for developing people, e-KA and digital merchandising executive
・10% for reporting
・10% for networking with internal and external resources
応募条件 ・Degree qualified or equivalent in a business related discipline
・Line management experience of leading, engaging and developing talent, current/prior trade experience is essential
・FMCG/Digital customer experience (or equivalent) and ability to build compelling category and joint business plans

必要スキル ・Strategic account planning & analytical skills
・Digitally savvy and contemporary knowledge of EC marketplace business models
・Advanced negotiation and selling skills
