仕事内容 【STRATEGY】
・Implement regional customer strategy in agreement with global Key Account Manager (KAM) and / or Customer Segment Leader
・Plan and conduct measures and initiatives for regional customer base
・Collect relevant information for key accounts and regional customer development and communicate to KAM or Customer Segment Leader and market intelligence
・Report all critical feedback towards the KAM and support to increase customer satisfaction

【Sales and Customer Management】
・Act as “one face to the customer” in specific region, first escalation level for accounts
・Drive sales activities in the region.
・Identify opportunistic sales growth opportunities and communicate within customer segment
・Drive customer interests/requests through company's organization
・Assess customer satisfaction levels and develop respective action plan if required
・Implement local pricing and conditions based on regional framework in alignment with Customer Segment Leader or KAM
・Introduce and promote company's products to regional customer base
・Prepare and provide offers for regional customer base or key accounts (in agreement with KAM and according to the regional guidelines)
・Provide customer with up-to-date technical information and answer all related technical enquiries. Organize technical presentations, also with central support
・Build up and maintain network with all relevant technical and commercial customer contacts
・Ensure regular personal contact to customer base, organize customer meetings, demonstrations, represent company at trade fairs or exhibitions in specific region and international if needed
・Gather customer data for accounts and share within customer segment, gather competitor information in the relevant market
・Identify new project or product opportunities and report to Customer Segment Leader or KAM

【Responsibilities】
・Turnover/profit and customer satisfaction responsibility in the specific sales region for the customer base
・Responsible for volume and turnover planning of defined region
・Follow up customer segment strategy for accounts to reach overall sales target in alignment with global KAM
・Drive penetration of new products in the specific sales region

・特殊車両(商用車以外)の自動車用部品全般(ヘッドランプ等が主流)のOEM営業
