仕事内容 Purpose:
Describe the primary goals, objectives or functions or outputs of this position.
The Employee Service Center Representative, HR Operations is responsible for routine customer service inquires related to the service catalog (e.g., HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.) and provides Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service support. The role opens tickets / cases, and answers HR customer questions through the assistance of standard screens, scripts, and developed procedures for inquiry resolution. This position will report into Senior Manager, SDO and HR Operations – JAPAC.

Responsibilities:
List up to 10 main responsibilities for the job. Include information about the accountability and scope.
・Answers general questions and redirects misplaced calls
・Leverages procedures, policy manuals, knowledge databases, other reference materials, etc. to assist in answering Employee and Manager inquiries and resolving Employee and Manager HR challenges
・Guides HR Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service transactions
・Executes select HR related transactions (e.g., data changes) or appropriately escalates issues as needed
・Inputs data into Workday to transact on customer requests
・Escalates Employee and Manager inquiries to Tier II Functional Specialists when specific, in-depth functional knowledge is required
・Documents all employee inquiries, issues, and transactions in case management tools as required
・Participates in service center work instruction material development, leads and/or participates in continuous improvement workshops and projects as requested
・Lead and/or participate in ad hoc projects as required
・Supervise team members with daily service operations and provide trainings

HR Operations team, Payroll, Business HR, HR COEs, Third party vendors
応募条件 ・Bachelor’s Degree
・Minimum 1+ years of general HR experience
・3+ years of customer support, call center experience

・Ability to follow strict policy guidelines
・Ability to navigate computerized data entry system and other relevant applications
・Ability to recognize situations requiring call escalation and handle dissatisfied customers
・Ability to follow standard procedures and scripts without variation
・Ability to understand and appreciate customer concerns and interests
・Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
